1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and jilixx ("jilixx," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under PAGCOR Interactive Gaming License Number IG-2020-023. By accessing the jilixx website at https://jilixx.cam, creating an account, depositing funds, or playing any games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jilixx services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all jilixx services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, promotional offers, mobile applications, and customer support. By using jilixx, you also agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register and use jilixx services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory when accessing jilixx services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not have previously been suspended, banned, or excluded from jilixx or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Registration requires providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Residential address

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, family members sharing the same address, or individuals using the same payment method are strictly prohibited. jilixx reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit all balances and winnings associated with such accounts.

2.3 Account Ownership and Transfer

Your jilixx account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and communications with customer support.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or jilixx staff.
• Immediately notify jilixx customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jilixx will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately. You are liable for all losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, jilixx requires identity verification for all players before processing withdrawals exceeding PHP 10,000. You must provide:

• A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or National ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document alongside a handwritten note stating "jilixx verification" and the current date.

KYC documents are securely stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification typically completes within 2–4 business hours on weekdays. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending resolution.

3.3 Source of Funds Verification

For withdrawals exceeding PHP 100,000 or cumulative deposits exceeding PHP 500,000 within a 30-day period, jilixx may request additional documentation to verify the source of your funds. This may include employment records, bank statements, or tax returns. Such verification is required under Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR compliance standards.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jilixx supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• GCash (minimum PHP 100, maximum PHP 100,000 per transaction)
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) (minimum PHP 100, maximum PHP 100,000 per transaction)
• GrabPay (minimum PHP 100, maximum PHP 50,000 per transaction)
• Bank Transfer via InstaPay or PESONet (minimum PHP 500, no maximum)
• Over-the-counter cash deposits at 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, or M Lhuillier (minimum PHP 500, maximum PHP 50,000)

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your jilixx account balance within 5 minutes. jilixx does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

jilixx processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: 5–15 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday; 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Saturday)
• Bank Transfer (InstaPay): 1–2 hours during banking hours
• Bank Transfer (PESONet): 1–2 business days

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 300. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is PHP 100,000 for e-wallets and PHP 500,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions and Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing, you must wager your deposited funds at least one time (1x rollover requirement). This applies to all deposits, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. Deposits used solely to transfer funds without gameplay are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

If you claim a bonus, you must meet the stated wagering requirements before withdrawing. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place PHP 30,000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Detailed bonus terms are provided in Section 5 below and in the specific promotion terms at the time of claiming.

4.4 Dormant Account and Inactivity Fees

Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are considered dormant. jilixx reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of PHP 500 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) for dormant accounts. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support. Accounts with zero balance are not subject to inactivity fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jilixx offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

Key general bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional advantage players or bonus abusers may have their bonuses forfeited and accounts closed.
• Only one bonus per player, household, IP address, or payment method is allowed unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be wagered according to the stated requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and live dealer games 5–10%.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings expire 30 days after issuance unless fully wagered.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to PHP 2,000 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, a PHP 1,000 deposit with a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 30,000 in total wagers (30 × PHP 1,000) before withdrawal.

To claim the welcome bonus, enter the promo code "JILI2000" during your first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation. Maximum bet while wagering a bonus is PHP 200 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit forfeits the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

jilixx reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means. Examples of bonus abuse include:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses
• Using bonus funds for low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette)
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially
• Requesting chargebacks or payment reversals after claiming bonuses

If bonus abuse is detected, jilixx may confiscate all bonus funds, void associated winnings, close your account, and report the activity to PAGCOR.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Game Integrity and Random Number Generation

All jilixx casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). RNGs ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. jilixx does not and cannot manipulate game results to favor the house or any individual player.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game information section. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual gaming session.

6.2 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, network disruption, or incorrect game payout, jilixx reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed. If a malfunction causes an incorrect payout in your favor, you must notify customer support immediately. Failing to report known errors and continuing to exploit them may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

If you experience a technical issue during gameplay (e.g., disconnection, frozen screen, or unresponsive controls), contact customer support immediately. We will investigate the issue and restore your game state or issue a refund if the problem was caused by our system.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is subject to the official rules of each sport and league. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or incomplete game, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. For live in-play betting, odds and available markets may change rapidly based on game events.

jilixx reserves the right to void bets placed on matches where the outcome was already known due to delayed broadcast feeds or score updates. Maximum payout per bet slip is PHP 1,000,000. Higher payouts require manager approval.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Player Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or laundering money through jilixx
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain winnings
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilixx staff or other players
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identity information

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

jilixx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform's integrity. In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited and not refunded.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification and processing times. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at jilixx's sole discretion.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from jilixx for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, play, or withdraw (existing balances must be withdrawn before self-exclusion takes effect).

8. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

8.1 jilixx Platform and Content

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the jilixx website are the exclusive property of jilixx or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on jilixx content without prior written permission.

8.2 Game Provider Intellectual Property

Games available on jilixx are provided by third-party software developers (e.g., JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming). All game content, including graphics, audio, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by the respective game providers. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or distribution of game content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

jilixx services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times. You acknowledge that internet-based services may be subject to outages, delays, or technical issues beyond our control.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilixx and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jilixx services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or your use of jilixx shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

jilixx is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors or game providers).

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding jilixx services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 5 business days. If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to our management team.

10.2 Arbitration and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of jilixx services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jilixx collects, stores, and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using jilixx services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and regular security audits. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide information to jilixx at your own risk.

12. Amendments and Changes to Terms

jilixx reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the jilixx website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of jilixx services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using jilixx services and close your account.

Material changes to these Terms (such as changes to payment terms, bonus policies, or dispute resolution procedures) will be communicated via email or account notification. You will be given 30 days to review and accept the changes before they take effect.
